Who we are

The data controller is QuarterlyLandlord, the trading name of an individual based in the United Kingdom (“we”). Contact us about anything in this notice at quarterlylandlord@gmail.com.

  • We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we don’t sell personal data.
  • We only collect personal data when you choose to contact us or (once it is live) sign up for email reminders.

Who we share data with

Only service providers who process data on our behalf under contract: our hosting provider (Cloudflare, Inc.), our email provider (Google, which runs the Gmail inbox we use for enquiries) and, if you buy from us, Payhip Ltd (checkout and download delivery) and Stripe (card payments). The contact page opens your own email app; we don’t use a separate form provider. If we switch on email reminders we will name that provider here first. Some are based outside the UK. Where they are, transfers rely on UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement/Addendum. We do not share your data with software vendors. If you click a link to a vendor, their privacy policy applies on their site.

If you buy the spreadsheet

Purchases happen on Payhip’s checkout (payhip.com), not on this website. Payhip Ltd (UK) runs the checkout and delivers the download. Stripe processes card payments. Between them they process your name, email, payment card and location details, plus technical data such as IP address, to take payment, prevent fraud, deliver the download and meet tax rules. We never see your full card details. We receive your name, email and order details so we can provide the product and support (lawful basis: contract). We keep order records for at least 5 years after the 31 January Self Assessment deadline for that tax year, as HMRC requires. Payhip and Stripe also use some of this data for their own legal and fraud-prevention purposes, as set out in their privacy notices: payhip.com/privacy and stripe.com/gb/privacy.

Affiliate links

If we add affiliate links, clicking one takes you to the vendor via a tracking link. The vendor or affiliate network may set cookies on their site to record that you came from us. We receive only aggregated reports of sign-ups, not your identity. Affiliate links will be labelled.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or erase your data, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. Contact us at quarterlylandlord@gmail.com. We will respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office: ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint, 0303 123 1113.

Children

This site is intended for adults managing their tax affairs and is not directed at children.
